Species diversification in aquaculture aims to provide new commercial opportunities and increased resilience to fluctuations in the market for individual species. We continue to be involved in research to support the production of cold-water marine species including cod, halibut, and hake, as alternatives to Atlantic salmon, and also on species such as turbot and sea bass.
